Sour sweets FAQs

How sour are Mega Sours?

Extremely sour. The acid coating hits straight away and lasts around 20 seconds before the sweet centre and fizzy sherbet kick in. Most people pull a face; try not to!

Which Mega Sour flavour is the sourest?

Every flavour has the same extreme sour coating, so the challenge is the same whichever you pick. For a twist, try Zombie Bombz, or Zombie Bombz Hot Chilli for sour followed by heat.

Are Mega Sours vegan and gluten-free?

Yes. All 10 Mega Sour flavours are vegan, suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free, so they're easy to share at parties.

What is the sour sweet challenge?

Keep a Mega Sour in your mouth until the sour coating wears off, with no spitting and no pulling faces. Film your reaction and share it with #MegaSourChallenge. Read more in our sour candy challenge guide.

Are Mega Sours suitable for children?

Mega Sours are not suitable for children under 5. Eating lots in a short time may cause temporary mouth or stomach irritation, so take them one at a time.
